Naomi is a full spectrum Doula which includes menstrual, pre-natal, birth, postpartum & pregnancy release care/abortion care. 

They offer sobadas de matriz (traditional mesoamerican womb massage), uterine & abdominal massage, red tent spaces & healing circles, reproductive health workshops, herbal medicines for womb & reproductive care, doula services & facilitation of womb & pelvic healing workshops. 

Their journey in mentorship and experience in recieving pelvic floor physical therapy as well as direct experience with maya curanderas & sobadoras of guatemaya (naomi's maternal motherland) helped to inform and create their offerings. Blending both traditional mesoamerican medicine & teachings with the teachings of pelvic floor physical therapy, Naomi aims to provide comprehensive, holistic & earth centered support for women, menstruating folks, birth-givers, womb workers, femmes, queer folks & those needing pelvic care & healing.
